Rules:

• The code of conduct shall be applicable to all students of SJSPA.
• The observance of rules of discipline and good behavior shall be a condition essential to a student’s continuance in the college.
• Students ignorance of any rules or regulations will not be accepted as an excuse for violating/flouting the same.
• In matters concerning the college administration, regulation & disciplinary actions or punishments the decision of the principal shall be final.
• Damages to any property of the colleges shall make them as defaulting students.
• If student cancels his/her admission, the fee is not refundable (except caution money).
• If student breaks his/her studies during the session he/she has to pay full fee.

Forbidden practices:

• Not student shall indulge in any of the following practice any where in the premises of this college-
• Any type of ragging activity.
• Smoking/Alcoholism/use of drugs.
• Disfiguring or otherwise damaging college property.
• Loitering in the corridor/outside the classroom without valid reason.
• Use of violence in any form.
• Offense of cognizable nature.
• Any other conduct unbecoming of student of the college.

 Disciplinary Measure: The following disciplinary action may be adopted by discipline committee of the college in dealing with the misconduct on the part of the student(s): –

• Fine
• Expulsion
• Suspension
• Rustication
