Bachelor of Computer Application
Bachelor of Computer Applications is a new age course that is customized for students wishing to shine in the
field of Computers and Information Technology. If you are interested in a computer-related field, then BCA is the
perfect course for you.The duration of the course is three years. The study subjects of BCA includes various
subjects such as Programming in C Language (Basic and Advanced), Networking, World-Wide-Web, Data
Structure, Advanced C Language Programming, Database Management, Mathematics, Software Engineering,
Object Oriented Programming using C++, Visual Basic, Programming using PHP, JAVA, Oracle, Operating
Systems, Web Scripting and Development, etc.This degree helps the students to get sound knowledge on
computer applications with the help of which they can get a perfect launchpad for a challenging career in the field
of information technology. A self-employment option is also available. A student can do freelancing or develop
their own software if he/she has that many skills. There are many software Multi-National Companies (MNCs)
