disciplinary actions or punishments the decision of the principal shall be final.<\/strong><\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Damages to any property of the colleges shall make them as defaulting students.<\/strong><\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>If student cancels his\/her admission, the fee is not refundable (except caution money).<\/strong><\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>If student breaks his\/her studies during the session he\/she has to pay full fee.<\/strong><\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Subject to Indore Jurisdiction only.<\/strong><\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Forbidden practices:<\/strong><\/span><\/h2><ul><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Not student shall indulge in any of the following practice any where in the premises of this college-<\/strong><\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Any type of ragging activity.<\/strong><\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Smoking\/Alcoholism\/use of drugs.<\/strong><\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Disfiguring or otherwise damaging college property.<\/strong><\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Loitering in the corridor\/outside the classroom without valid reason.<\/strong><\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Use of violence in any form.<\/strong><\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Offense of cognizable nature.<\/strong><\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Any other conduct unbecoming of student of the college.<\/strong><\/span><\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Disciplinary Measure: The following disciplinary action may be adopted by discipline committee of the college in dealing with the misconduct on the part of the student(s): \u2013<\/strong><\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Fine<\/strong><\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Expulsion<\/strong><\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Suspension<\/strong><\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Rustication<\/strong><\/span><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Disciplinary Rules Rules: The code of conduct shall be applicable to all students of SJSPA.
